Der Preis Lagazuoi Photo Award New Talents ist ein kuratorisches Projekt des Kulturpools Lagazuoi EXPO Dolomiti, das Studenten und Studentinnen sowie Absolventen die Gelegenheit bietet, in den Dolomiten durch Fotos, Videos und Töne das Imaginäre einzufangen, das so mächtig und schwierig ist wie das Hochgebirge, und es wiederzugeben.
In diesem Sommer haben drei von der Accademia Carrara di Bergamo und vom Istituto Italiano di Fotografia di Milano ausgewählte Studenten an einer Künstlerresidenz in großer Höhenlage teilgenommen. Sie haben fünf Tage vor Ort verbracht, von Felsen umgeben, deren Ursprung 250 Millionen Jahre zurückliegt.
Die drei talentierten jungen Studenten wurden auf dieser einzigartigen Reise von drei professionellen Fotografen begleitet und unterstützt, die ihr Wissen, ihre Technik und ihre Erfahrung mit ihnen teilten.
Vom 14. September bis zum 20. Oktober 2024 können diese in Höhenlage entstandenen Projekte in den Ausstellungsräumen der Lagazuoi EXPO Dolomiti besichtigt werden.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA HANDLING and RELATED LEGAL BASE
The data here gathered have been voluntarily provided by you (hereinafter referred to as “the interested party") and will be handled for the following purposes:
a) the transmission of information about the initiatives and events organised and/or promoted by the data handler, also for third party clients;
b) the communication of the data to third party societies for sending to newsletters and communications for marketing purposes.
Data are gathered on the basis of the explicit consent of the interested party, expressed by signing the form herein.
3. PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of personal data and contact details is absolutely necessary for the carrying out of the activities referred to in point 2. Failure to provide the data required for the completion of the form will make it impossible to access the desired service or to receive the information requested.
4. MEANS OF DATA HANDLING
Data handling is by means of manual, computerised and telematic instruments with a rationale closely correlated to the purpose for which they have been gathered, in full compliance with the law and observing the principles of lawfulness, correctness and confidentiality, in compliance with which specific security measures are adopted to prevent the loss of data, their illicit or improper use and non-authorised access to them. Data may be handled by data handling managers, expressly authorised in the context of the above mentioned purposes.
5. LOCATION OF DATA HANDLING
Besides the premises of the data handler herein, data handling connected to the services required may take place at the premises of suppliers of external services nominated as data handling managers.
6. COMMUNICATION and DIFFUSION OF DATA
Those with the right to access the data include external consultants and suppliers of services, duly nominated as data handling managers in conformity with the purpose for which the data have been gathered and with a view to fulfilling the contractual obligations undertaken. Data may also be communicated to all subjects authorised by law to gather the related data.
7. DATA CONSERVATION TIMES
The data of the interested party are conserved for the time strictly necessary for the carrying out of the activities indicated, in compliance with the legislation applicable, and will in any case not be retained beyond a period of five years, unless their conservation results as being justified and authorised. The interested party will in any case have the possibility to revoke, at any moment, his consent to the handling of his data. Any data transmitted to suppliers of services will be handled by the latter for the time strictly necessary for the carrying out of the tasks assigned to them.
8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party has the following rights and power of action in relation to the data provided by him: a) to be informed of the purposes and the procedures of the handling of his data; b) to have access to them; c) to be able to update and rectify them; d) to cancel them, render them anonymous or block them; e) to object to the handling of the data, including opposition to automatised decisional processes, also concerning profiling; f) to revoke his consent; g) to receive his personal details disclosed to the data handler in a structured format in common use, so as to be able to send them to various parties; h) to limit the handling of his data; i) to present a complaint to the controlling Authority. The said rights may be exercised by contacting the data handler directly at the above mentioned address, who will undertake to render the procedure as simple as possible.
